Getting a spiritual spanking
One of the surest ways to know that God is working in your life is to be chastened by God. In Christian circles, I often hear the question of, "what is the Lord doing in your life?" There are many common answers to this question, but rarely do you hear someone respond with, God is disciplining me right now and it is soooo wonderful. Rather than curse God for trials we go through, we should thank God because the Lord uses trials in our lives as teaching and growing moments. For me, he is teaching me to trust him. Impossible situations face me, and it so amazing to not worry or stress out because I know that God is teaching me to trust Him, even in situations that are impossible for me. Nothing is impossible for Him! What's the Lord doing in your life?
